A good "extreme" picture by 
has renewed the challenge between Italy and Switzerland, so here's my digital reply.
I made a couple of changes. I crossed the wrists, since I prefere this pose and it gives me the idea to be even more secure.
Secondly, most important, I gave a central importance to the toe-tie in the whole picture!
The model is Mila Kunis, that you recently admired in my "celebrities abductions". She doesn't look too happy but, after all, she hasn't said a single word of disagreement!

This is the first of my deviations to have reached the goal of 100 favourites. Given that also the most viewed one has the word "extreme" in it, I must conclude that this community has a bias for extreme things!
